Due to all our products being made to order, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns. But we understand that sometimes things go wrong and we are here to help.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email or give as a call on 07541644712 and we will try to assist you as much as we can. Although, please be aware, that if order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All our items are handmade to order, then thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been handcrafted incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of change with the best possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery.
