Each product within our ever increasing range is handmade to order and finished to a very high standard, at our well-equipped workshop just outside a small town in Devon. We receive steel, timber and component parts, then handcraft and finish each of our products in-house, no part of the work is outsourced.
In the workshop we have the following specialist equipment:
• CNC plasma cutter for cutting steel into shapes for use in the production of custom leg designs.
• CNC wood router for flattening, cutting and engraving wood, also used for engraving steel logos on finished furniture.
• Large powder coating operation for finishing steel.
• Air conditioned wood workshop to ensure regulated temperature and moisture is maintained for all oak furniture produced.
• Wet spray room for finishing oak.
Blending traditional techniques with modern machinery gives us the flexibility we need to create high quality furniture for your home or business. Nothing leaves our workshop that we wouldn’t be proud of having in our own homes.
